BLITZ 3R

Blitz 3R is the three wheels AC Powered forklift truck range with capacity from 1.2 to 2.0 tonnes. Alternating current guarantees high performance with advantages in terms of agility and running costs, upgrading moreover the truck’s versatility and driver-friendliness improving acceleration, braking, steering and control characteristics.

The Blitz 3r AC is easy to manoeuvre even in very tight spaces, the drive and lifting parameters are electronically programmable and selectable by the convenient buttons placed on the steering column. There is a choice of three different performance levels, two presets and one programmable.

BLITZ 4R

By the use of alternating current Blitz 4r AC requires significantly less maintenance then the equivalent models with direct current drive. The use of wet brakes and the absence of carbon brushes helps to cut running costs. The Blitz 4r AC is easy to manoeuvre even in very tight spaces, the drive and lifting parameters are electronically programmable and selectable by the convenient buttons placed on the steering column. There is a choice of three different performance levels, two presets and one programmable. The truck is also equipped with an alphanumeric 

As option is possible to equip the Blitz 4R AC with different weather protection cabins or panels, lighting equipments and tyres, different measures of side-shifts, fork plates and masts with lifting height up to 7000mm.

BLITZ 250-350

Blitz 250-350 AC is the Cesab 80V electric counterbalanced truck range with capacity from 2.5 to 3.5 tonnes employing alternating current technology.

The driver’s module is fully suspended on silent blocks to minimize vibrations and improve the operator’s comfort.The position of the uprights guarantees excellent visibility and at the same time gives a rigid structure even at great height. Integrated sideshifter as standard.
The steering wheel is fully adjustable, the comfortable and adjustable seat is suspended and equipped with inertia safety belt as standard. The use of oil wet brakes not only ensures effective braking, but also allows a significant reduction in maintenance costs as the use of CAN-bus technology and the absence of carbon brushes in the AC motors.

The Blitz 250-350 AC is available, as option, with an ergonomic multifunctional armrest with integrated Mini-Joysticks or Fingertips lifting controls, horn and direction control buttons. An efficient and intuitive system, easy to use improving driver comfort and safety.
The new parking brake, with release lever ergonomically, is placed underneath the steering wheel and a large step gives an easy access to the driving position reducing operator’s fatigue during the job.

The battery charge status and reduced lifting power indicator allow to protect the battery against total loss of charge, and consequent damages.As option is possible to equip the Blitz 250-350 AC with different protection cabins or panels, lighting equipments and tyres, different measures of side-shifts, fork plates and masts with lifting height up to 6800 mm.

DRAGO 150-200

This Cesab IC range comprises models with capacity from 1.5 to 2.0 tonnes powered by diesel or LPG engines. With its low centre of gravity, the very stable design utilises two independent high power front wheel hydraulic motors driven by an hydrostatic pump coupled to the engine. This design gives markedly higher acceleration and braking performance characteristics, yet delivers lower levels of fuel consumption.

On this range of trucks, the operators comfort is outstanding, with easy cab access thanks to the open middle step and the ample leg-room and the cabin full suspended on silent block, vibration damping rubber mounts connected to chassis. The comfortable adjustable full suspension seat is equipped with inertia safety belt as standard. The ergonomic cab features the highest standards in operators comfort and safety.

Clear view mast with high torsional rigidity to allow safe handling of loads of all sizes. The use of wet brakes allows to reduce the operating costs significantly. The diesel version with direct injection and an LPG version for combined indoor/outdoor applications ensure high versatility. The engine ensures quiet operation, low emission levels and ease of maintenance, 2.5 litre diesel or 2.2 litre LPG low emission - Toyota engines.

Lifting height up to 7000 mm and wide options range make Drago 150-200 one of the gems in the Cesab range.

DRAGO 250-350

The Cesab Drago H 250-350 are powerful and reliable high performance counterbalance forklift trucks, featuring hydraulically controlled hydrostatic transmission available in Diesel and LPG versions. The range comprises models with lifting capacity from 2500 to 3500 Kg and lifting height up to 6.110 mm.

3.3 litre diesel or 2.2 litre LPG low emission engines are available. The LPG version is equipped with an engine specifically developed for lift truck applications.
Perfect interaction between hydrostatic transmission, engine and hydraulics. Automatic engine acceleration on lifting is optional on diesel version and standard on LPG.
The comfortable, ergonomic driving seat is easily accessible thanks to the large, clearly visible step.

The new complete cabin, available as an option, is installed inside the profile of the overhead guard. It is equipped, as standard with high quality panelling, accessories and sound-proofing, lexan roof complete with gutters, sliding windows on both doors and pantograph windscreen-wiper for more effective cleaning.

The position of the uprights, which are widely spaced, guarantees excellent visibility and at the same time gives a rigid structure even at great height. Equipped with integral Sideshift as standard.  Increased maintenance and inspection intervals have significant benefits in terms of costs and machine downtimes. Minimal maintenance for the no wear oil immersed brakes.

DRAGO 400-500

The Drago 400-500 is the diesel range with capacity from 4.0 to 5.0 tonnes, the most powerful forklift trucks in the Cesab range. Its main features include latest-generation electronic control of the hydrostatic transmission allowing perfect interaction between the transmission itself and the internal combustion engine: the performance of the truck can be modified to match the requirements of the operator, by the programming console adapting it to the user requirements and the working environment.

The use of wet brakes allows to reduce the operating costs up to 35%. The operators comfort is outstanding, with easy cab access thanks to the open middle step and the ample leg-room and the cabin full suspended on silent block, vibration damping rubber mounts connected to chassis.
The special construction technology and the optimum dimensions of the radiator ensure cooling system efficiency even in the most severe ambient conditions. Clear view mast with high torsional rigidity to allow safe handling of loads of all sizes. Remote positioning of the tilt cylinder mounting provides excellent visibility and structural rigidity, even with the forks fully raised. Lifting height up to 6120 mm.
